Terra Group is a well-known builder and real estate developer from the Bhiwadi region who has just entered the Faridabad real estate market with their affordable housing project called Terra Lavinium.

The Terra group of Bhiwadi presents under the aegis of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna their high-rise project of Affordable 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in Sector 75 Faridabad. This high-rise project consists of 764 flats in different configurations of 2 BHK and 3 BHK spread out over 7 High rise towers. The total project area is of 5 acres. The location of sector 75 is of one of the sectors which started to develop early. It is about 15 kms from the Faridabad Delhi Badarpur border and it is just 20 minutes’ drive from the border. Being and affordable project it is imperative that the connectivity to the Metro Transport and the capital be very quick and efficient. The Nearest metro station at Escorts Mujesar is just a 5-minute drive by car or by three-wheeler.
