Terra Group is a well-known builder and real estate developer from the Bhiwadi region who has just entered the Faridabad real estate market with their affordable housing project called Terra Lavinium.

The Terra group of Bhiwadi presents under the aegis of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna their high-rise project of Affordable 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in Sector 75 Faridabad. This high-rise project consists of 764 flats in different configurations of 2 BHK and 3 BHK spread out over 7 High rise towers. The total project area is of 5 acres. The carpet area of the flats extends from 498 sq. ft to 641 sq. Ft for the 3 BHK units. The balcony areas are extra of 100 sq. Ft for each type of flat.

The location of sector 75 is of one of the sectors which started to develop early. It is about 15 kms from the Faridabad Delhi Badarpur border and it is just 20 minutes’ drive from the border. Being and affordable project it is imperative that the connectivity to the Metro Transport and the capital be very quick and efficient. The Nearest metro station at Escorts Mujesar is just a 5-minute drive by car or by three-wheeler. The FNG Expressway connecting Faridabad to Noida is also just a five to 7-minute drive so it is excellently connected in all respects.

The Prices for Flats in Terra Lavinium are from 20.40 lacs to 26.12 lacs and bank loans are available up to 90 %.  There is also a Payment plan available on request. Another large 2000 bedded mega hospital is going to be starting operations in 2021 in sector 88 and this will also be reachable in 5 minutes.

Similarly, the requirement for good schools is also very important. Terra lavinium has at least three to five schools I a five-minute radius of its compound. The nearest ones are the St. Anthony school in sector 9 and the St. Thomas in sector 8.  Both are just a five-minute drive. Also, in sector 81 there are schools like the Delhi Public School and the Shiv Nadar School which are also just a 5 to 7-minute drive.

For shopping there is the sector 10 market which has been flourishing for the past 30 years and continues to be the best in the immediate surroundings.
